A passionate and driven information services organisation are seeking a Head of HR to lead the talent strategy and be an authentic ambassador externally and a cultural leader internally. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will focus on Strategy, Recruitment, Culture and Engagement, performance and Development.

Culture is the key focus for this role, it is essential that you will be passionate about people engagement and thrive in a flexible and vibrant office environment.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Type: 12 month FTC
Start: June 2018

Split of role

10% - Strategy
15% - Culture and Engagement initiatives
15% - Resourcing
10% - Policies and processes
30% - Project work
20% - Learning and Development

Key Role Responsibilities:

·Creation, delivery and management of the People strategy in conjunction with the CEO across the business and implementing new systems to ensure employee retention is maximised.
·Be a part of the senior management team and help determine the long-term talent management and growth strategy.

·Lead the talent strategy that enables to hire the best talent in the industry.
·Continuously review the efficiency of the ATS and recruitment processes to ensure the resourcing needs of the business are met.

Culture and Engagement
·Be an authentic ambassador externally and a cultural leader internally
·A champion for diversity and inclusion
·Continuously review and implement initiatives that continuously grow the culture

Performance ·To continuously review the performance mechanisms and ensure that they maintain and enhance the culture of high performance. ·To enable the management team to deliver industry leading performance.

·To ensure the employees are continuously developed to match the current and future needs of the business.
Employment Law
·To be the subject matter expert on Employment law.
·To ensure the policies, processes and system are in line with current Employment legislation

HR Operations
·To continuously develop the people metrics in order to provide insight and foresight into the People landscape and to enable and support People decisions.
·Develop corporate plans for a variety of people matters, such as compensation, benefits and performance management.
