Alexander Lloyd are working with a leading multinational financial service provider based in London who are actively seeking a HR Assistant to join on an initial 6 month basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working within a well-known organisation and support for senior HR Management. Knowledge of Cascade HR and Cascade Payroll software is needed due to the nature of the role.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Providing payroll support by updating spread sheets and cascade with monthly payroll charges as well as processing of pension and employee benefits. * Manage all on boarding processes including induction of new starters and liaising with recruitment. * Ensure that legislative and data protection is provided to all new starters and if report any discrepancies to the HR team. * Be part of the recruitment process by organisation of interviews and dealing with external recruitment agencies. * Update all policies and procedures where necessary ensuring implementation within the organisation.
* Degree educated * Minimum of 3 years HR Experience * CIPD Qualified or working towards would be preferred but not essential. * Must have experience of using Cascade HR/Payroll * Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
