JOB DETAILS
This position is perfect for someone with strong and in depth Defined Benefits Pension scheme knowledge to take real control over the management of their In House DB scheme. You will need to work very closely with the scheme Trustees and perform a range of scheme secretariat services in addition to managing scheme governance. People management skills are also required as you will be responsible for leading a small In House team.
You will be based from their state of the art London office near to NW1 2DB where you will need to attend regular Trustee and stakeholder meetings in addition to various team training sessions.
Not only will you be rewarded with a generous basic salary of between £40,000 - £55,000 you will also receive a Final Salary Pension scheme (yes you read that correctly) and benefits on top!!
