Within the role, you will be administering several large Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Pension schemes, which will specifically include responsibility for checking the work of junior members within the team as well as coaching and training new staff. Plus, the position will require you to lead presentations and reports to the business as well as challenging processes with ideas and improvements to ensure everything can work and run as effectively and efficiently as possible.
