Alexander Lloyd is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager with extensive Change Management experience on behalf of a well established organisation based in Surrey. This role is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, offering an annual salary of circa £40,000.
Responsibilities: * Provide support to the HR Project Manager on a large scale change project * Manage the restructuring and consultation process, leading one to one consultations * Provide expertise to drive value through their organisation by redesigning and redefining their capabilities and organisational structure, * Establish the organisation change capabilities needed to successfully effect and sustain large-scale, complex organisation change.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate key project management skills.
