Alexander Lloyd are supporting a National Financial Services organisation on the recruitment of a key role as they enter into some exciting times in the next few years.

We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Officer on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their HR Career, gaining some great experience along the way in the role.

To be successful in this role you will be a self starter who is willing to knuckle down and drive results. You will need a solid understanding of the recruitment process from, sourcing candidates, advertising roles, short listing candidates, arranging interviews etc.

You will also have a solid understanding of HR practices enabling you to build your project experience whilst supporting the HR Director or administrative tasks.

Key skills

* 2 years experience within HR/Recruitment
* Full understanding of the recruitment process
* Excellent candidate management
* Excellent computer/IT skills
* Full underrating of GDPR and employee confidentiality
* Willingness to learn and develop your personal skills
* Understanding of FCA rules

This role offers several locations as a base but can also support remote working. You will be required to attend an office 1-2 times per week. This can either be in Surrey or London.

Salary on offer for this role is between £25,000 - £30,000 DOE with additional benefits and a discretionary bonus based on performance
