Alexander Lloyd are currently working with an established Wealth Management firm who are seeking a New Business Consultant to join their rapidly growing Employee Benefits arm. Working closely with the Head of Employee Benefits you will help to shape the direction and growth of the business through identifying channels of new business and working together to build and shape new relationships. You will have the full backing and support of an extremely successful and thriving wealth management firm and be fed leads from all areas of the business. The right candidate will have a good understanding of the Pensions and/ or Employee Benefits sector and be willing to work on winning and securing new business for the firm. In return you will be rewarded with a good salary and excellent bonus structure. This role can be home based with an ideal focus on clients in the South of the country.
