As human resources manager, you will provide leadership and guidance for a team of junior HR professionals, supporting them in their development while ensuring that a high quality, customer focused service is provided to all employees, managers and colleagues across the Global organisation. Collaborating with the HR business partners and reporting directly to the business, this generalist role will offer the right candidate for a superb level of exposure and opportunity for professional growth.
To be successful in this role, you will be an accomplished HR manager, have led both projects and teams of junior HR professionals. You will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience. Despite this being an international role, it is not essential that you have previous international experience and second languages are also not required, but would be an advantage.
