The role of the Senior HR Manager is key for this organisation. Reporting directly in to the CEO you will lead the department, providing best practice advice at all times. Implementing the HR strategy alongside business leaders, keeping senior leaders updated on HR Policies and Procedures. drive change management initiatives and manage complex ER cases.
You will need a full HR Generalist skill set for this role and proven experience of implementing HR Strategy.
A background from Healthcare/Care home would be extremely beneficial to be successful in this role.
A minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification is required and excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law.
Salary on offer is between £40,000 £45,000 Car Allowance and other benefits.
This is full time opportunity working 37.5 hours a week.
