With over 20 years’ experience in the Accountancy & Finance recruitment market across the South East, I’ve built one of the strongest reputations for delivering high-quality, relationship-led recruitment solutions. My approach is personal, transparent, and focused on long-term partnerships, which has resulted in extensive repeat business and a strong referral network.

At Alexander Lloyd, I lead multiple teams and take great pride in developing people—several of my direct reports have progressed from trainees into high-performing consultants under my leadership. Creating a positive culture and empowering others to succeed is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.

Alongside leadership, I specialise in Senior Finance and C-Suite recruitment, managing bespoke executive search campaigns for roles such as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, and senior leadership functions across FP&A, Reporting, Tax, and Audit. I take great satisfaction in guiding organisations through critical hires that shape their future.

Outside of work, I’m a family man with two teenagers. Much of my spare time is spent travelling across the Southeast supporting my son’s football, enjoying a round of golf, or playing Padel, you will also find me cheering on Brighton & Hove Albion where I have been a season ticket holder for many years.
