We are looking for a Transactional Services Manager, which is a broad remit, looking after Admin teams across HR, Payroll and Finance. This is all about people and process management.
Supporting a broad team, on development opportunities, conducting reviews, appraisals and work delegation. The team size is circa 50 odd individuals.
The role requirements include:
* To provide direction, guidance and leadership to the transactional business administration teams, ensuring the delivery of high quality, customer focussed services.
* Drive efficiency and effectiveness across transactional processes in order to consistently develop opportunities for performance improvement and customer service excellence.
* Work collaboratively and in partnership with other managers and leadership teams in HR and Finance, to ensure that the transactional services are delivered in a connected and joined up way with the relevant professional services to give a seamless service to all customers.
The successful candidate will be a great manager who has managed to large teams. Does not need to be specific HR or Finance function but the volume is critical.
In return our client will offer the successful person a salary between £60,000-£70,000 plus a great pension and benefits package.
