Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist


A Professional Services Organisation are seeking an Interim Compensation and benefits Specialist for a 12 month period. You'll work on global reward and benefits projects, ensuring the business continues to maintain a competitive offering aligned with the overall organisation rewards philosophy within a regulated environment.

Conducting pay analysis and complex reports using our internal database (ePRISM)
Participating in compensation & benefits surveys and forums and using these forums to inform policy and decision making
Reviewing reward practices and designing new incentive and benefit plans
Being recognised globally as the subject matter expert for compensation issues by the HR Community and internal business clients, and providing advice on compensation decisions
Conducting robust job evaluation activities including audits of existing job classifications
Supporting the business during its annual pay and bonus review process, providing advice and analysis to particular lines of business and for global assignments

To be successful in this role you will possess:
Experience working in a compensation & benefits role, within a Professional Services (ideally Financial Services) environment
Knowledge of multi-geography practices and design throughout Europe (and, preferably, globally), with the ability to utilise that knowledge to influence key stakeholders
The ability to challenge and question the status quo
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
High levels of proficiency in the use of Compensation and Data systems and the manipulation of data
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
