Covering the South East of England you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of 5 Business Development Consultants in addition to creating, building and developing strong relationships within a panel of key Brokers with the aim of generating new business and hitting your sales targets. To be successful in this position, it is essential that you possess a vast amount of Group Risk (Income Protection, Critical Illness, Life Insurance) product knowledge with a proven track record within a sales environment.
