Alexander Lloyd are excited to be partnering a Global professional services organisation on the recruitment of an HR Manager on a 12m FTC.
You will need to have a full HR Generalist background with sound knowledge of Employee Relations and excellent Stakeholder Management.
Supported by an HR Advisor you will promote change, be first port of call for all HR related queries providing a seamless HR Experience, link in with other business areas and get involved in wider projects throughout the organisation.
Due to the urgency of the role you will need to be available immediately or on a short notice period.
* CIPD qualified or alternative qualification
* Complex Matrix organisational experience
* Proven knowledge of ER
* Strong stakeholder management
* Experience of carrying out Salary reviews and promotions
This is primarily a remote based role but you will need to attend different office on rare occasions and when needed so willingness to travel at short notice is essential.
Salary on off is between £50,000 - £60,000
