Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting this Global retail Brand on the recruitment of a People Partner for a 6 month FTC.
This is a field based role covering stores in The North of England, Scotland and Wales so travel is a must and will accumulate to around 50% of the role.
You will need experience of working in a fast paced ever changing environment and be able to provide a first class service to the retail business unit. Supporting key stakeholders up to Director level to work towards embedding the people strategy and projects. This will include looking at the continuous improvement of culture and retaining/attracting new talent.
You will have/need:-
* Experience of working in Retail or an alike sector
* Full HR Generalist background with projects experience
* Experience at HRBP Level for 2 years minimum
* A Strong background of People coaching and development
* Full knowledge of the recruitment process and how best to attract/retain Talent
This is a field based role covering the North of England, Scotland and Wales. You will need to be used to travelling and be flexible. Around 50% of the role will be field based.
The salary on offer for the role is up to £55,000 DOE
