Whilst managing a team of 10-15 employees you will also be responsible for the overall running of the department ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are adhered to guarantee client satisfaction, identifying areas of training required and providing the relevant mentoring and guidance, performing process and system enhancements and managing the relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. It's essential to have a proven background of supervising teams of people in addition to in depth knowledge of DB and/or DC Pension arrangements.
