Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering an industry leading Third Party Administration organisation on an exciting Pension Administration Team Manager vacancy.
Within this expansive opportunity you will be responsible for the day to day running of a projects team with between 10-15 employees. This will include managing and overseeing a variety of different projects including scheme events, GMP reconciliations/equalisations and complex calculations in addition to having to manage the SLA's & KPI's, perform one to one's and appraisals and providing training where required. To be considered for this position it is essential have a wealth of Defined Benefits Pension scheme knowledge in addition to previous experience of line managing individuals.
The company are still completely remote based with the promise of lots of flexibility longer term, however you will need to be located near enough to B2 4QA to visit the office when necessary. In addition to a fantastic benefits package and career development opportunities, the successful candidate will be offered between £40,000 - £45,000 DOE.
