As a result of growth, this global organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to work as part of a large Generalist team. This is an important role supporting the HR BPs across the business in Great Britain. It will involve working with the Centres of Expertise (COEs) and the HR service delivery team to support employee relations, HR operations, HR reporting and analysis, performance management, talent development and total rewards activities.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) ideally with previous experience as an HR professional working ideally within a professional or financial services organisation. You will have proven ability to provide HR advice and guidance on a wide range of issues and with some experience of disciplinary, grievance, long term absence and performance management
