Alexander Lloyd are working exclusively with a leading organisation based in Redhill, who are looking for an established HR Business Partner to provide an effective, timely and proactive generalist HR service to facilitate the achievement of its business goals through the on going management of its people and resources, in the areas or recruitment, reward, relations and development.
You will be working closely with the Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner looking after a variety of projects.The role will be 70% Projects and 30% Operational. The HR Business Partner is responsible for a multi-site employee population of circa 300.
4 to 8 years proven HR experience within a generalist department, covering recruitment, employee relations, reward and development Exposure to Hay job evaluation method, and previous experience of administering and managing SHL on demand testing preferable Up to date knowledge of UK Employment legislation.
