A thriving international company in Weybridge has an immediate vacancy for a Finance Assistant to join their large finance team on a salary of £25,000pa
The Ideal candidate will have experience of working within an Accounts Payable team where you will be acting as liaison between customers, suppliers and internal finance departments. * Responsible for ensuring UK and Overseas suppliers are paid on time * Responsible for Debit Balances on AP Creditors Ledger * Responsible for Supplier Statement Reconciliations - ensuring all invoices are accounted for and copies requested when not received by email/post. * Process Flow Reviews Ensuring projects are set up correctly within Purchase Ledger where Procurement can access all supplier query updates.
You must have a strong background within similar roles, with specific experience of supplier invoice accounting, resolving queries and good basic accounting skills as well as excellent communication skills, attention to detail and IT skills. It is essential that you have previous Accounts Payable experience and happy to work as part of a team
