This is a brand new role working as the primary point of contact for all Talent Development related matters, offering a competitive salary of circa £70,000.
* Managing, assessing, prioritising and implementing business requests * Diagnosing performance opportunities and issues and developing sound interventions * Supporting Learning Solutions on the design and implementation of approaches for global programs * Implementing of capability building program * Implementing organisation development interventions * Implementing and supporting performance management processes * Supporting the continued development of learning methodologies, tools and best practices within the company
* Ability to identify present and future talent development needs based on business needs * Significant experience and track-record in implementing global talent development processes * Extensive experience in needs analysis
