Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a high growth consumer goods organisation on an exclusive basis.

We are looking for a Resourcing Manager on a permanent basis, to join their vibrant and growing HR team.

This organisation is very much modern thinking in their approach and are fast becoming a major player within their particular space - it really is an amazing time to be joining this company!

They are looking for someone to develop a strategic map for Talent Acquisition and devise robust implementation plans to meet the company's hiring requirements. This role is responsible for developing their attraction strategy and will have responsibility for proactively resourcing candidates to fulfil the company's recruitment requirements. This will involve building strong stakeholder relationships internally to deliver a high quality internal recruitment service. In addition, a key part of the role is developing external relationship with local Secondary schools, Universities, Colleges and Community Groups.

You will have/need:

* At least 5 years' experience in a Resourcing Manager / Senior Resourcing role
* Previous experience of managing others
* Previous experience of devising a recruitment/talent acquisition strategy or plan and having implemented it successfully
* Knowledge, skills and experience of utilising all different recruitment methods from traditional to more modern practices
* A proactive/resilient attitude combined with an extroverted/personable demeanour
* CIPD accredited

The organisations head office is based in London, which is the preferred location however they do offer hybrid working.

The salary on offer is up to £50,000 DOE.
