Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be partnering with a well established, reputable business based in Dorking who are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Offering a great opportunity, our client is looking for extensive payroll and benefits experience, with a good understanding of HR processes, salary sacrifice schemes, pensions and employment law.
The ideal candidate will have circa 5 years Payroll experience, with strong attention to detail in line with GDPR regulations, including UK payroll legislation and pay types, International payroll skills will also be advantageous
You will have ideally working within a medium sized business with the ability to build strong relationships across the business with all stakeholders, closely working with finance, third party payroll and HR teams.
You will have had experience of processing payroll, P11D's, starters and leavers, be the go to for all pay queries including annual bonus and company pay reviews
This is paying £28-30k per annum with great benefits.
